This site is operated by Michael Landis, REALTOR®, a licensed real estate agent affiliated with Icon Realty Advisors, providing the Legacy Lux Properties real estate advisory service in South Florida (primarily Parkland and Coral Springs). Information We Collect

We collect information you submit voluntarily through forms on this site or when you contact us directly, including: your name, phone number, email address, property or inquiry details (such as neighborhood, budget, timing, and preferences), and records of your consent to be contacted (including timestamps and the source form).

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your real estate inquiries, deliver requested valuations, buyer or relocation guides, and consultations, schedule appointments, and send follow-up communications that you have consented to receive. We also use it to keep records required for regulatory and compliance purposes.

SMS / Text Messaging

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Michael Landis / Icon Realty Advisors, including via automated technology, regarding your inquiry and related real estate services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, and reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

No sharing of mobile opt-in data. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or mobile opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in information is not shared with any third parties except subprocessors that help us deliver the messaging service (for example, our SMS delivery provider).

How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers who operate the platform on our behalf — including our SMS messaging provider, hosting and database provider, and scheduling tools — under obligations of confidentiality and only to the extent necessary to deliver the service. We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

Data Retention

We retain lead and communication records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations (including messaging-consent recordkeeping), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Access & Deletion Requests

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@legacyluxproperties.com or calling (754) 802-4001. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message from us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
